It all started with a dream and $30K — our story begins when Jun Cho, a South Korean immigrant who set out to create a unique Cajun seafood boil restaurant in 2020. Mr. Cho knew he had a special concept destined for growth right away as locals clamored to get a taste of the menu. The Boil Daddy began as a delivery-only concept with one location in downtown Los Angeles, but, thanks to powerful branding, organic buzz, and to-die-for flavors, we found ourselves amidst a high-demand market with need to expand — and fast.

I've eaten here twice now and it's been delicious both times! I love the crispy mahalo shrimp bowl with the daddy's sauce. It was so good I got it again! Also love the daddy's Cajun fries, can't wait to go back and try more menu items.
